Once upon a time are four of the most powerful and magical words of the English language…it at once sets us up for a story or some sort of adventure, maybe one that involves fairies and dragons or one that takes place in outer space.

There is great power in stories and story telling and we all have one to share, more than one really. We all have a past, a present and a future and it is for us to create the stories we tell to others and the story we tell ourselves.

We all have life experiences that help to shape us and make us who we are, and also how others may see us, but what if we wanted to change our story?

What if we didn’t like who we are or something from our past, or just wanted to create a new narrative?

Are we a culmination of our successes, our failures and our weaknesses or can we change that story of who we are today?

Can we overcome and triumph over challenges and obstacles standing in our way and process mistakes we have made, so that we can tell a different story of who we are or who we became for our tomorrow?

I challenge you to do just that!
